∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has FRONT-LINE responsibility for the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems, to ensure product quality
∎ Interfaces with warehouse operations and plant maintenance schedule to ensure that product temperatures are maintained to Tropicana Quality Standards
∎ Coordinates Maintenance Activities as required during off-shifts and weekends
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ Knowledge of Compressed Air
∎ Knowledge of Ammonia refrigeration systems
∎ Knowledge of AIB Standards and food safety techniques
∎ Knowledge of Utilities Water Chemistry
∎ Knowledge of environmental policies ( TCPA)
∎ Ability to plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure efficient use of personnel
∎ Ability to analyse and solve problems on an immediate basis
∎ Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
∎ Ability to perform administrative functions
∎ Ability to develop administers and manage budgets
∎ Ability to function in a unionized environment
∎ Ability to enforce company policies
∎ Ability to train and supervise employees
∎ Required-
∎ 2-3 years' experience as refrigerator Operator
∎ English Proficiency
∎ Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
