Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have Diploma in Refrigeration Engineering.
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related Field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems in the factory.
∎ Responsible for diagnosing and repairing refrigeration equipment, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Perform routine inspections and maintenance of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration equipment and perform necessary repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment breakdowns and extend the lifespan of refrigeration systems.
∎ Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
∎ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Generate reports as needed.
∎ Manage and maintain spare parts inventory for refrigeration equipment.
∎ Work collaboratively with other engineers and technicians to achieve departmental goals and support overall operations.
∎ Visit sister concern factories anywhere in Bangladesh when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good in English.
∎ Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
∎ Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems.
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines related to refrigeration equipment.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
∎ Computer Skills is must.
