Job Context:
∎ Recruit security guards and cleaners.
∎ Keep close coordination with co-workers and update information.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
∎ Recruit guards and cleaners monthly basis.
∎ Applying a door-to-door strategy and also using social media for search guards and cleaners.
∎ Keep close coordination with co-workers and update information.
∎ Should be dedicated to daily task completion.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 11000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive commission package is available based on performance.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
