Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bound knowledge in Front Desk Management and good communication skill.
∎ Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
∎ Maintain all the records properly in a detail in register book.
∎ Provide correct information and forward these messages or inquiries to the appropriate personnel to resolve on time.
∎ Ready to take up other responsibility as and when assigned by the Management.
∎ Letter / documentation register maintenance.
∎ Receive letters, documents and handover to the dispatch department.
∎ Visitor / guest handling.
∎ Ensure logistic supports.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
