Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front-office and maintain records
∎ Take and relay messages
∎ Answer questions and address complaints
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
∎ Receive letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons; tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
∎ Any other administrative job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have pleasant, smart, smiley face & talented personality
∎ Advanced knowledge in computer literacy with MS Office (Specially Excel & Word) etc.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
