Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all customers with appropriate manners & courtesy.
∎ Identify patient correctly by name, Patient ID, and age/Date of birth.
∎ Make liaison with corporate clients for smooth transactions from time to time and give feedback to the authority.
∎ Maintaining the patient's admission process.
∎ process the transaction in an appropriate manner. Prepare invoices for registration, consultation, investigations.
∎ Listen to the patient's queries/complaints and address the issue by himself/herself.
∎ Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned to them by supervisor/Authority from time to time.
∎ Management of the front desk/reception counters.
∎ Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Answering and forwarding phone calls (internal and external) with basic and perfect information.
∎ coordinate with others departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent computer literacy
∎ Must have the mentality to work night shifts.
