Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response of all telephone, and intercom call and over conversation smoothly and politely.
∎ Take and transmit messages as per obligation of message style.
∎ Deliver information to callers just accurately.
∎ Receive any visitors /guests very cordially and provide entertainment as per Official Policy.
∎ Receive and sent Documents, Courier as required.
∎ Deal with queries from the clients/visitor and guest.
∎ Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
∎ Schedule appointments of important buyers, delegates, visitors.
∎ Perform well under Pressure & assist in other administrative work to seniors.
∎ Well groomed and maintain the reception area neat & clean, calm and quite.

∎ Should have good communication skill in English & Bengali.
