Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors & guests in front office.
∎ Manage All incoming & outgoing calls, send & receive emails with greeting in a
∎ professional way.
∎ Providing information, forward calls, receive & send messages and transfer information
∎ to appropriate person.
∎ Daily Keep Update customer contact list.
∎ Assist visa & Tours team members for related works
∎ Maintaining good relationship with employees & clients.
∎ Need to attend various International Travel & Tourism Fair.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, fluent in Bengali & English, Should Have ability in telephonic conversation
∎ Must have good telephonic communication capability in both English and Bengali
∎ Good Computer Knowledge
∎ Capable Of Writing & Send Email
∎ Patient to work under pressure

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
