Job Context:
∎ Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals, the largest skincare chain in the country- is looking for a young, energetic and smart female professional to serve according to the mentioned requirements in the Job Responsibilities.
∎ The incumbent should have to be proactive, smart and intelligent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
∎ Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
∎ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
∎ Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
∎ Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
∎ Execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
∎ Provide administrative support as and when required.
∎ Be noted: Computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications meaning office word and excel necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
