Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently/smooth PABX operation/maintenance knowledge.
∎ Reception of visitors, guests, customers/suppliers or their representatives, on spot smooth communication with them, conveying messages to respective Directors and Officers/persons.
∎ Ensure Staff Movement Register.
∎ Receiving & ensuring the delivery of letters/documents and keeping records.
∎ Maintain Appointment records of Directors and reminding.
∎ Maintain presentable Front Desk Area.
∎ Any other task assigned by Admin/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical / Professional Requirements: Fluency in spoken English & Bangla. Courteous in conversation.
∎ Experience Requirements: 2/3 Years or more.
∎ Additional Job Requirements: English pronunciation should be good.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
