Job Context:
∎ Working Place - Work at the office.
∎ Job Location - Concord Bilkis Tower (10th Floor), Plot No - 40/6, North Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan Model Town, Gulshan - 2, Dhaka - 1212.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging and maintaining reception services, including greeting the visitors in the office with good manners.
∎ Shall be capable to handle Guests and direct the guest to the right person to meet.
∎ Receive/transfer calls, distribute and handle all documents.
∎ To attend corporate affairs, Department daily work monitoring.
∎ Maintaining registers of all Courier, messages & visitor logs etc.
∎ Arranging official meeting schedules and appointments when requested and confirming all appointments and official meetings with external offices.
∎ Shall be Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Front / Reception Desk.
∎ Perform other administrative jobs as per the assignment of the management.
∎ The candidate should have to be fluent in English.
∎ Support the admin department properly.
