Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary responsibility is to provide technical support for the development of hot melt glue, solvent base glue and water base glue
∎ Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating and collaborating with marketing and operation departments
∎ Troubleshoot processing problem to find out root cause of any problem related to product
∎ Building cost effective and alternative suppliers for all raw materials of adhesive
∎ Lead & train team so that individual team member can work and develop product independently
∎ To resolve any quality complaint issue
∎ ISO documentation related to certification.
∎ Establishing Key customer relation and complete product model
∎ Help sourcing team during purchasing new projects for adhesive production
∎ Document all phases of research and development works
∎ Establish safety procedures for those working with chemicals
∎ Extend technical support to customers in setting up processes and share good manufacturing practices
∎ Monitor key metrics related to product quality and drive initiatives to achieve related goals and improve product quality
∎ Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ The applicants should have minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of research & development of different adhesive & Glue formulation
∎ Good communication skills in English
∎ Basic level of computer skills
∎ Knowledge of MS Office
∎ Product and Process knowledge
∎ Customer application and process knowledge
∎ Ability to organize and lead multi-functional teams to achieve objectives
