Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research, develop, and improve food products including frozen, bakery, and general food categories.
∎ Candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of driving innovation from concept to commercialization.
∎ Formulate new recipes and improve existing ones based on market trends and customer feedback.
∎ Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
∎ Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams for successful product launches.
∎ Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and labeling laws.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation for all trials, formulations, and specifications.
∎ Stay updated with current trends and innovations in the food industry.
∎ Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging for cost efficiency and quality.
∎ Additional Requirements:· Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.· Age preferably below 35 years.· Strong knowledge of food processing, recipe formulation, and sensory evaluation.· Proficiency in MS Office and basic food formulation software/tools.· Excellent communication and documentation skills.· Creative, proactive, and a team player with attention to detail.
