Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, with major in Chemical/Process or Mechanical.
∎ API 580 (Risk Based Inspection) certification is a requirement. Preferably with certification on one of the following: API 510, API 570, API 653 or other relevant certification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Engineer is responsible for remaining life assessment, risk calculation and repair strategies based on API 653, API 510, API 570 and other relevant codes and standards.
∎ The RBI Engineer will review and evaluate inspection findings and recommendations, asset strategy adjustments and interpretation of inspection data.
∎ He/she will routinely run criticality and probability mode based on inspection data and findings.
∎ He/she will be the technical resource in the analysis of data, damage mechanisms and PHA studies.
∎ The selected candidate will manage RBI database for the collation of inspection results, risk parameters and inspection frequencies.
∎ He/she will assign inspection task and recommendations as per inspection strategies, plans and recommendations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The RBI Engineer must have at least 7 to 10 years experiences in asset integrity, risk-based inspection (RBI) and maintenance of surface production equipment and piping in oil and gas industry.
∎ Proven experience on analyzing and maintaining inspection data on RBI database such as Metegrity Visions, T-OCA, etc.
∎ Work experience in the Oil & Gas field
∎ The successful candidate shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Cell Phone Allowance BDT 1,500/- per month
∎ Yearly two annual allowance/bonus
∎ 12 hours work per day
∎ 14 days work and 14 days off basis
∎ Daily rate applicable (Monthly salary to convert to day rate)
∎ Group life Insurance coverage.
∎ Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
