Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy Chemistry
∎ Chemical Engineering & Materials Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & execute procurement strategies which support market to excel and over deliver the supply and demand procurement objectives.
∎ This includes supplier selection, development of alternative suppliers, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.
∎ Make sure that company is partnered with the correct suppliers in the market to drive long-term value.
∎ Sourcing Packaging Materials and Additive chemicals API.
∎ Establish and improve inspection standards for raw material acceptance.
∎ Deal with the complaint about the quality of raw materials, explore and analyse the root. Discuss with the supplier technically.
∎ Coordinate the internal process of the Raw Materials approval with the labs and procurement areas.
∎ Perform any quality audits or technical visits to suppliers.
∎ Clearly and orderly record all observations and data. Report results in a clear and concise manner to enhance technical exchange.
∎ Promote and increase the knowledge and insight of chemists regarding chemical, application, and cost aspects of raw materials by means of regular presentations to Research & Development.
∎ Establish functional credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Cost optimization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in using all kinds of analytical test instruments.
∎ Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work at different projects at the same time, and to think analytically.
∎ Must be involved, careful, precise, team player, flexible, result/customer oriented and takes initiative.
∎ Must have good prioritization and communication skills (verbal and writing).
