Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & execute procurement strategies which support market to excel and over deliver the supply and demand procurement objectives.
∎ Review customer material specification and source the material as per their requirement. Maintain communication with both the supplier and customer for any queries.
∎ This includes Supplier selection, development of alternative suppliers, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.
∎ Make sure that company is partnered with the correct suppliers in the market to drive long-term value.
∎ Sourcing API, Excipient, Packaging Materials and Additive chemicals.
∎ Track & monitor the outcome of supplied samples to the customers.
∎ Establish and improve inspection standards for raw material acceptance.
∎ Deal with the complaint about the quality of raw materials, explore and analyses the root causes. Discuss with the supplier and provide solution to the customer.
∎ Coordinate the internal process of the Raw Materials approval with the R&D, Labs and Procurement Department.
∎ Perform any quality audits or technical visits to suppliers.
∎ Clearly and orderly record all observations and data. Report results in a clear and concise manner to enhance technical exchange.
∎ Promote and increase the knowledge and insight of R&D and QC Heads, Pharmacist/ Chemists regarding chemical, application, and cost aspects of raw materials by means of regular presentations to Research & Development.
∎ Establish functional credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Cost optimization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in using all kinds of analytical test instruments.
∎ Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work at different projects at the same time, and to think analytically.
∎ Must be involved, careful, precise, team player, flexible, result/customer oriented and takes initiative.
∎ Must have good prioritization and communication skills (verbal and writing).
