Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineering in Mechanical or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Provide Product and Service Training to Singer Franchise Agent (SFA)
∎ • Manage the installation of VRF, VRV air conditioner at domestic and commercial location;
∎ • Repair, modify, cannibalize spare parts of air conditioner unit to meet service requirements;
∎ • Will repair the circuit of cooling products , AC, Refrigerators, etc
∎ • Provide solution to SFA (Singer Franchise Technicians) regarding critical issues related to air-conditioner and Refrigerator repairing to meet customer satisfaction.
∎ • Will visit SFA’s workshop and ensure that SFAs are in line with Singer Service Standard and following the company’s rules & regulations properly.
∎ • To visit customer location in order to ensure proper service.
∎ • To execute service job which assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
