∎ Respond promptly to customer queries and questions on social media and other platforms using pre-provided response templates.
∎ Ensure all queries are addressed within a timely manner by coming online every hour during working hours.
∎ Maintain a polite and professional tone in all communications.
∎ Track and report any uncommon or unresolved queries to the management team.
