Responsibilities & Context:
Working time: 6 days a weeks from 11am-8pm.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation (Respond to client queries and advise accordingly).
Respond to Phone calls & consult accordingly.
Assign Jobs to beauticians.
Keep track of beauticians work.
Ensure service quality, client satisfaction and deal accordingly.
Ensure service areas are adequate for clients (Cleanliness & Hygiene).
