∎ Must have minimum 10 years of practical experience in constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ AutoCAD
∎ Microsoft Office

∎ Mathematical and analytical problem-solving skill.
∎ Strong verbal and written skills.
∎ Must have minimum 10 years of practical experience in constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills; Monitor timely completion of Contractor billing certification activities in comparison with drawing, site condition & measurement, BOQ, contract, Quality standards, RFI, and daily progress report.
∎ Must have work experience with Army & Government Engineering Projects.
∎ Having experience in construction of High-Rise Buildings, Road, Runway & Bridge etc. estimation.
∎ Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction ERP process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering estimate.
∎ Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.
∎ Billing for extra-items/non-BOQ items.
∎ Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
∎ Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
∎ Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
∎ To take the measurement from the site engineer.
∎ Review the quantities item listed.
∎ Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
∎ Any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
∎ A Group of companies based on Constructions, Agro and ICT industry is looking for immediate recruitment for Quantity Surveyor who will be working in the different projects.
