∎ B. Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
∎ Minimum 5 years (B.Sc) or 7 years (Diploma) relevant experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Construction, quantity surveyor, Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
∎ Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
∎ Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Preparing reports, analysis, contracts, budgets, risk assessment and other documents.
∎ Advising clients on improvements and new strategies.
∎ Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
∎ Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
∎ Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
∎ Prepare bill as per schedule & sub-contractor’s bill.
∎ Traveling to various sites as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Convergent with oral & written communication in English & Bangla.
∎ Will have challenging & aggressive attitude.
∎ Able to analyze project engineering schedule.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in MS Office. (Bangla & English).
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
Salary: Negotiable
