Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Must have work experience in construction firm.
∎ Having experience in construction of Structural buildings estimation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one line process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.
∎ Billing Procedures from Client & Contractor Side.
∎ Billing for extra-items/non-BOQ items.
∎ Rate Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique.
∎ Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
∎ Strong knowledge of Construction methodology and available materials for Highrise building.
∎ Good knowledge of PWD pricing and rate analysis as well as market rates;
∎ Advise on taxes, regulations, local laws as well as international Laws;
∎ Should have knowledge of tendering procedure, local & international guidelines, e.g.- FIDIC Redbook etc.;
∎ Tender BOQ Cost Analysis for tender submission.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Conditions age may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates.
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Construction Firms. e-GP tender.
∎ Ability to use self-initiative.
∎ Have excellent attention to detail.
∎ Ability to organize, plan, and strategies.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
∎ Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
∎ Construction estimating or finance experienced is added advantage.
∎ Should have experience in QS Engineer at mega construction projects.
