∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Enterprise Application, Quality Control Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimating the designed structures and analyzing the rates for a perfect competitive proposal
∎ Review project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to determine the materials required for pre-designed building projects.
∎ Prepare accurate and comprehensive material take-offs based on project requirements, including materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
∎ Prepare accurate and comprehensive bills of quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications and drawings.
∎ Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
∎ Monitor and track project expenses against the budget, identifying and addressing any variances.
∎ Conduct on-site inspections to verify work progress, quantities, and compliance with contractual requirements.
∎ Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement value engineering initiatives.
∎ Keep up to date with industry trends, market prices, and new construction materials related to pre-designed buildings and structures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional certification in Quantity Surveying will consider as an advantage.
∎ Must have computer experience (especially in Microsoft excel & ERP)
∎ Strong communication & persuasion skill
∎ Time management skill
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
