Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Quantity Surveyors will conduct validation surveys as requested to verify the progress of reported qualities.
∎ Conduct validation surveys as required to verify the progress of reported installed
∎ Accumulates and compiles accurate quantity installation data
∎ Participates in weekly project cost review schedule meetings
∎ Identifies trends and deviation and recommends corrective courses of action with regard to quantity budgets vs installed
∎ Maintains the established project quantity management program and prepares appropriate reports
∎ Provide meaningful accurate historical data
∎ Takes responsibility for self-checking the accuracy of his/her work and that of subordinates of applicable
∎ Conduct quantity survey for reinforcement bar concrete form, earth work finishing works
∎ Can read and understand specification and contract document
∎ Write a letter regarding any cost issue and/ or dispute regarding quantity survey issue
∎ Collect and maintain appropriate records for abortive work including but not limited to photo contemporary records and drawings
∎ Analyze contract condition to verify validity of claims
∎ Conduct cost analysis for EOT Claim (Extension of Time)
∎ Apply monthly progress interim payment applied amounts to be calculated by re-measurement method for each BQ team
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 5 years experience in corresponding field
∎ Familiar with various construction methods and materials
∎ Computer Skills: Proper computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs including AutoCAD Microsoft Excel Blue Ray or other quantity surveying programs etc
∎ English written and oral communications required
