∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ DUET/ KUET/ RUET & Reputed Public University
∎ Experience Requirements.

Job Context:
∎ Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for Head Office, Dhaka.
∎ Job Location: Bashundhara R/A (Dhaka).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ Must have vast Knowledge in preparing BOQ, Rate analysis for high rise commercial buildings & residential buildings, roads & bridge estimation and cost analysis.
∎ Capable to handle E-tender procedure (E-GP tender schedule purchase, tender submit).
∎ To Check bill of the sub contractors & ensure actual measurement
∎ Capable of architectural, structural, plumbing, & Electrical drawings.
∎ Must have practical experience in bill checking and corrections if any.
∎ Able to prepare work schedule, Action plan and progress report of the project.
∎ Maintain quality control, cost control, safety and security procedures.
∎ Must have good knowledge of construction materials.
∎ Include value-engineering ideas on every proportion.
∎ Explore documentation in order to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements
∎ Capable to Analyze and evaluate all construction materials quotations/offers
∎ To ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ Having knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Project, IPC etc. To ensure that all the logistic support i.e. materials including drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at the site.
∎ To prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
∎ To Check bill of the sub contractors & ensure actual measurement.
∎ To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ To maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
