∎ Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or a relevant field. Graduated from BUET, CUET, KUET are preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cost estimate, cost planning and cost management
∎ Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets and other documentation
∎ Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
∎ Lifecycle costing analysis & Valuation of construction work
∎ Establish & improve market price data base
∎ Forecast the costs of different materials needed for the project
∎ Contract management and contractual advice
∎ Analyzing terms and conditions in the contract
∎ Take note of changes made and adjusting the budget accordingly.
∎ Claims and dispute management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience minimum 2-3 years in a large construction project management, particularly in civil, hydraulic, and structural projects. Fresher's are no need to apply.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
∎ Having experience in contract & contractual records management.
∎ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
