∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Gas, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
∎ Run cost analyses of the various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation.
∎ Identify commercial risks and help develop suitable responses. Prepare the tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
∎ Monitor and control costs throughout the project.
∎ Identify risks surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation.
∎ Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections.
∎ Value completed work and arrange payments to subcontractors.
∎ Analyse progress and write detailed reports.
∎ Liaise between site managers, project managers, site engineers and the client.
∎ Prepare summary reports for the client and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Run cost analyses for ongoing repair and maintenance work.
∎ Advise on any outstanding contractual claims remaining.

∎ Age 30 to 38 years

∎ Should have experience in quantity surveying at power plant and mega industrial project
