∎ Ability to travel extensively.
∎ Work experience in clinic monitoring will be preferred.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Time Management skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Suits (Word, Excel, and Power point).
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly reports to General Manager, Clinical Services.
∎ Other major interactions: Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager, Clinical services, Clinic Managers.
∎ Closely observe service quality of the clinics following the quality monitoring checklists.
∎ Check whether the clinics maintaining IPC (Infection Prevention & Control)/ cleanliness of clinic premises.
∎ Randomly check patient files and other relevant documents in clinics.
∎ Interview customers and attendants record to get customers perception about SHN’s service quality.
∎ Observe services provided at SHN Satellite spots.
∎ Upload visit findings in online database and prepare summary report for line supervisor.
∎ Perform any other task as and when assigned by the authority.
