Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive quality testing plans based on product specifications, material types, and industry standards.
∎ Manage and oversee the testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. Ensure all testing processes are carried out in compliance with company standards.
∎ Lead a team of quality testers and technicians, providing training and guidance on testing procedures and ensuring efficient workflow.
∎ Analyze test data, identify trends or deviations, and provide clear and actionable reports to senior management. Ensure test results are accurately recorded and stored.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements in testing procedures, equipment, and materials handling. Recommend and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Continuously improve QC processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, reducing defects and ensuring smooth operations in the supply chain. Ensure that all testing equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and operating to the required standards.
∎ Knowledge about telecommunication rules of Bangladesh.
