Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Production Engineering/ Industrial Quality Management from a well reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and enforce quality control standard operating procedures.
∎ Implement various production and quality tools.
∎ Analyze factory production data and devising improvement strategies as necessary.
∎ To keep a close eye on key production metrics. By constantly analyzing this data, identify and address gaps in production before they become major issues.
∎ Create production data reports & preparing quality reports.
∎ Writing technical presentations and documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills in AutoCAD 2D.
∎ Must have good knowledge about 5S, kaizen, JIT and lean production, production process, facility and production layout, work-force management, kanban, sequencing, scheduling, capacity planning, waste management.
∎ Must be able to work independently as well as being a team player.
∎ Personally, interested in the bicycle sector, lifestyle and industry would be an advantage.
∎ Must have excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills.
∎ English proficiency is a must.
