∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: construction project Management, Pipe Coating, QA/ QC Welding

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Oil Gas Industry, steel pipeline
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
∎ • Monitor all quality related activities on the project
∎ • Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
∎ • Attend client quality management meetings
∎ • Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
∎ • Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
∎ • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
∎ • Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
∎ • Manage to lift all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per the required schedule.
∎ • Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
∎ • Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
∎ • Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
∎ • Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
∎ • Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non Destructive Test-NDT technicians with regard to the activities assigned.
∎ • Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for correct identification of materials.
∎ • Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
∎ • Supports the Welding & Non Destructive Test-NDT qualification activities.
∎ • Cooperates to issue the Welding Procedures (WP).
∎ • Cooperate with the Project Quality Engineer (PQE) to analyses of non conformities.
∎ • Supervises inspection of defect renewal and welding.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
