Job Responsibilities:
∎ QC officer is responsible for conducting inspections of products and services to ensure that they meet or exceed quality standards.
∎ Develop and monitor all the assigned activities.
∎ Make frequent floor visits for regular monitoring activities.
∎ Effectively interact with other teams to maintain service quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Make sure all the kitchen items, electronics appliances, gym equipment, and locker system, are working properly.
∎ Maintaining records of all quality control inspections, including any defects or issues that are identified
∎ Prepare regular reports on quality control performance.
∎ Driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Any other assigned task as and when required by the management.

Salary: Negotiable
