∎ BSc in EEE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Kaizen, Quality Control Management, Six Sigma
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, maintain & improve the quality team and the products such as TV, AC, washing machine, refrigerator, grinder etc
∎ Develop new plan & standard with R&D and quality team an Initiate to new product introduction.
∎ Maintain liaison with Supplier for improvement of Product Quality
∎ Implement KPI, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Motion Study and Time Study where necessary
∎ Prepare quality plan for OQC, IPQC, IQC, FQC & Reporting
∎ Monitor the quality KPI & report to top management
∎ Implement new test process in QMS when necessary
∎ Conduct QC audit for TV, AC, WM, Refrigerator & providing suggestion to production & process team
∎ Ensure SOP in every Assembly & QC areas
∎ Improve Service Call Rate of the products in the field through ensuring product quality.
∎ Monitor & reduce overall material & process fault
∎ Establish the daily material fault report for TV, AC and Washing Machine
∎ Reduce the total imbalance by proper claim & SQE.
∎ Ensure standard in every stage of production & QC process
∎ Take necessary steps for equipment calibration.
∎ Ensure the day-to-day documentation tasks & on time report to top management
∎ Full working knowledge on ISO9001: 2015 and its implementation areas
