∎ B.Sc. in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engg. from any Public University OR
∎ With extensive related experience diploma Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer may also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We require sincere, hardworking and qualified "Quality Control Manager" who have more than 10 years practical knowledge in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Sector with good job track record.
∎ Candidate Must be AWS (American Welding Society) Certified.
∎ The applicant who don`t have experience in the field of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) need not to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
∎ Identifies and resolves problems, determines system improvements and implements changes and continual improvement.
∎ Standardizes QA/QC standards and practices across teams to ensure compliance with company policies and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company system compliance, and surveillance audits.
∎ Communicates throughout the organization the state of product quality and plans for continuous process improvements
∎ Trains for staff in the factories to ensure quality policy of the company are aware and implemented properly.
∎ Manages, instructs and trains QC team to ensure QC standards are implemented with quality records and reports are available ISO and process Improvement.
∎ Representative of the company to lead an ISO team to maintain and develop ISO system to ensure the system are updated and implemented properly and pass the surveillance audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) for B.Sc Engg.
∎ At least 12-15 year(s) for Diploma Engg.
∎ Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
∎ Hardworking attitude & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be expert in design related software and also capable to hand calculation.
∎ The incumbents/applicants should have experience in the following areas: Engineering firms, steel building firms, steel structure production.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur.
