Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil/Mechanical from any Public University. OR
∎ With extensive related experience diploma Civil/Mechanical Engineer may also apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We require sincere, hardworking and qualified "Production Manager" who have more than 10-15 years practical knowledge in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Sector with good track record.
∎ The applicant who don`t have experience in the field of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) need not to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
∎ Directly control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ Effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
∎ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
∎ Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
∎ Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
∎ Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
∎ Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
∎ Maximize productivity of machinery and workers.
∎ Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) for B.Sc Engg.
∎ At least 12-15 year(s) for Diploma Engg.
∎ Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
∎ Hardworking attitude & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be expert in design related software and also capable to hand calculation.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about Steel structure production such as Industrial building, wire house, factory shade building, multi-storied steel building etc.
∎ The incumbents/applicants should have experience in the following areas: Engineering firms, steel building firms, steel structure production.
