Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an exceptional Quality Control Engineer who can ensure outstanding "quality" of the projects in Chattogram. We prefer Public University Graduates with Civil Engineering background who possess thorough knowledge of the subject matter and sufficient working experience in the related field.
∎ Those ready to join with short notice will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring construction works of ongoing projects
∎ Check the quality compliance as per KPI & overseeing SCM
∎ Check the construction materials quality as per ASTM
∎ Ensure supervision of quality construction and finishing work & maintain quality checklist during execution
∎ Ensure design implementation with quality & safety as per BNBC& ACI
∎ Arranging and monitoring soil testing works and verifying the test reports
∎ Ensure the quality, cost, effectiveness and safety during the construction work
∎ Checking quality of workmanship of each item of construction work
∎ Follow up of pending jobs and materials
∎ Collecting physical progress records at the end of each month from all project
∎ Quality ensure for RMC casting
∎ Attend during slab casting of the project to ensure quality construction
∎ Check the construction materials quality as per ASIM standards & being tested the materials routinely and report immediately as per requirement
∎ Check the plumbing drawing of the project after receiving from the consultant
∎ Any other job assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience on structure and finishing work of apartment building
∎ Sound in MS Project, ETABS, Auto CAD, SAFE, MS Excel
∎ Should be from real estate background
∎ Strong communications and management skills needed
∎ Ethically sound and strong personality
Salary: Negotiable
