Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create systems to manage company documents and ensure all documents are up to date;
∎ Overall responsibilities for maintaining ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management in addition to overseeing internal quality manufacturing management;
∎ Ensure the organization’s Quality Management Systems conform to Customer, Internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements;
∎ Ensure evaluation of and reporting on vendor quality systems;
∎ Ensure all audit responses are closed out in a proper and timely manner;
∎ Manage and monitor the company’s internal process that may affect the quality of the organization’s products/services;
∎ Work with customers, employees, vendors, and outsourcing firms to ensure quality is met;
∎ Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions,) including the need for improvement;
∎ Conduct periodic management review meetings;
∎ Manages and maintains document control for agency compliance, training records, calibration logs;
∎ Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of tester and equipment;
∎ Conduct company audits to ensure documents are being followed;
∎ Ensures work areas are kept clean and free of debris;
∎ Develops and implements quality management system organizational processes, documentation and records;
∎ Work with auditors to maintain ISO status;
∎ Train employees on how to use and access the documents;
∎ Develop procedures so that they are standardized;
∎ Follow company procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ A Minimum 3 years’ experience or equivalent as Quality Assurance in the Semiconducting industry;
∎ Must have a team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership;
∎ Follows all specifications and procedures accurately and efficiently;
∎ Desire to meet the needs of others;
∎ Can work independently without much guidance;
∎ Attention to detail;
∎ Great communication skills;
∎ Knowledge of ISO 9001QMS and ISO 17025.
