∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Quality Assurance Engineer for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of quality assurance for equipment package, materials procurement, fabrication, and site installation for Optimization Project. Major responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
∎ Review of all materials and equipment, specification, and requisitions to ensure that the correct materials types, material grade, materials properties and materials test requirements has been specified.
∎ Review and Approval for materials Certificates in Piping, Structural and equipment. Reviewed and Approval of contractor QA/QC documents (ITP, QAP, QMP, WPS, WPQT, etc.)
∎ Witnessing of Welders Qualification & verification of WPS/PQR approvals etc. Advice on Appropriate NDT Methods to assess the Integrity of Weldments.
∎ Witnessing Mechanical Test for Procedure Qualification & Performed internal and external inspections on equipment, participate FAT of equipment package.
∎ Review of construction and installation activities on projects
∎ Supports the commissioning and operation team during pre-start up
∎ Perform internal inspection and mapping of piping and structural
∎ Conducting Internal, Sub-Contractor & Vendor Audits relating QA/QC matters
∎ Lead 3rd party QAQC contractors to ensure equipment packager, material suppliers & construction contractor meet the intent of Quality Management System specified per Project Performance metrics.
∎ Interface with design engineering, construction team and 3rd party vendors to ensure product meet the quality requirement per project QMS expectations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Certification from API, ASNT, AWS pertaining to pressure vessel & piping is must.
∎ Fluent is ASME pressure vessel Codes and Standards is plus.
∎ Familiarity with Oil and Gas sector Engineering Standards is plus.
∎ Fluent English language skills, strong verbal & written communication abilities, technical writing, and documentation proficiency.
∎ Ability to work in diverse teams.
∎ The successful candidate (Staff Contractor) shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ 5 days on/ 2 days off basis. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance.Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
