∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Construction Building, Government buildings, Government Projects
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
∎ Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
∎ Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs
∎ Identify potential financial or construction risks
∎ Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs
∎ Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the Project Manager
∎ Measures and computes values to variations and prepares final accounts.
∎ Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
∎ Preparation of payments for Subcontractors and Suppliers.
∎ Establishes and operates cost and financial control systems.
∎ Prepares monthly progress payments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in government building construction projects.
∎ Experienced in working with consultants, contractors
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and physically fit
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft project, Auto CAD and related software

Salary: Negotiable
