• Photoshop, Advanced Retouching, QC ও Team Management-এ দক্ষ হতে হবে

• Deadline, Quality ও Team Performance efficiently manage করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে

Responsibilities & Context

• দৈনিক প্রোডাকশন প্ল্যান তৈরি ও টিম অনুযায়ী কাজ বণ্টন করা

• ক্লায়েন্টের requirements বুঝে Team Lead, QC ও Designers-কে সঠিক নির্দেশনা প্রদান

• নির্ধারিত সময়ে প্রজেক্ট ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা

• Production quality, accuracy ও deadline নিয়মিত মনিটর করা

• Advanced Retouching, Hair Masking, Color Correction, Neck Joint, Ghost Mannequin, Model & Product Retouching-এর কাজ QC করা

• Final image QC নিশ্চিত করা এবং error/revision rate কমানোর উদ্যোগ নেওয়া

• Team performance পর্যবেক্ষণ ও নতুন সদস্যদের training/support প্রদান

• Photoshop Beta, Gemini, ChatGPT ও অন্যান্য AI tools ব্যবহার করে workflow উন্নত করা

• Daily, Weekly ও Monthly production report প্রস্তুত করা

• Client feedback অনুযায়ী কাজের মান উন্নত করা

• কোম্পানির discipline, quality standard ও workflow বজায় রাখা
