∎ Must have minimum 10 years of practical experience in constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

∎ Mathematical and analytical problem-solving skill.
∎ Strong verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements through regular inspections.
∎ Conduct site inspections to monitor structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work for compliance with approved designs and codes.
∎ Supervise and test materials, structural components, and systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.
∎ Monitoring different lab tests.
∎ Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and audits, providing regular quality updates.
∎ Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet quality requirements through regular audits and reviews.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and provide guidance to ensure smooth project progress.
∎ Train and support site staff on quality control standards, ensuring awareness and adherence to correct practices.
