Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out slump test report, check list preparation with indicate casting date, structural member ID, concrete mix ratio, position by grid as per structural drawings, slump value etc. keep record with pictorial evidence with date & time as per RSC/Nirapon standard.
∎ Carry out cylinder test report, check list preparation with indicate casting date, structural member ID, concrete mix ratio, number of sample, position by grid as per structural drawings, dimension of cylinder etc keep record with pictorial evidence with date & time as per RSC/Nirapon standard.
∎ Cylinder sent to BUET for test as per BUET standard with seal gala and keep record as per serial number.
∎ Carry out rebar test report, check list preparation with indicate sample collection date, structural member ID, rebar dia, number of sample, position by grid as per structural drawings, length of rebar etc keep record with pictorial evidence with date & time as per RSC/Nirapon standard
∎ Rebar sent to BUET for test as per BUET standard with seal gala and keep record as per serial number
∎ Check list preparation for column with indicate column ID, floor level, position of column, column size, rebar dia & number, foundation dimension, rebar diameter, spacing, clear cover etc keep record with pictorial evidence with date & time as per RSC/Nirapon standard
∎ Check list preparation for column with indicate foundation ID, depth of foundation, foundation name & location, position of foundation, foundation size, rebar dia & number, clear cover etc keep record with pictorial evidence with date & time as per RSC/Nirapon standard.
∎ Check list preparation for Beam with indicate beam ID, depth of beam, beam name & location, floor level, position of beam, beam size, rebar dia & number, lap location , lap length, tie spacing , tie hook, clear cover etc keep record with pictorial evidence with date & time as per RSC/Nirapon standard
∎ Check list preparation for slab with indicate slab ID, depth of slab, slab name & location, floor level, position of slab, slab size, rebar dia & number, lap location , lap length, tie spacing , tie hook, clear cover etc keep record with pictorial evidence with date & time as per RSC/Nirapon standard.
∎ Check list preparation for all rcc casting work like rebar work, shuttering work, support condition etc.
∎ Quality control for all civil materials like sand, cement, stone chips, brick, brick chips, rebar, water, epoxy chemical, admixture, plumbing items etc
∎ Raw materials test report of sand, cement etc
∎ Construction History (Timing of Construction phases)
∎ Mix design(Cement, sand, water, chemical agent) maintaining register book, chemical usage ( micro concrete, rebar epoxy agent, new & old concrete bonding agent, admixture, curing copound, etc). All document must be supervised by consultant engineer, register, check list maintain and recommendation need to must follow.
∎ Quality control documents & agreement.
∎ Keep record of BEPZA Approval Letter + Drawing
∎ Name and Contact information of the Design Engineer
∎ Construction Contractor's Information (if construction was made through formal contract)
∎ All Architectural, structural, interior, MEP drawings keep record for evidence
∎ LEED documents keep record
