∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Experience Real Estate field will be preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspection, Material sampling,Testing and approving construction material from consultant as per their QAP.
∎ Conducting concrete mix design according to ACI code for different concrete grade such as M15,M20,M25,M30, M35,M40 and M50.
∎ To deal with consultant and construction team regarding testing of the materials and their subsequent approval and construction works as per ITP.
∎ Report to PM and issue and compile NCR and followed by their solving strategy.
∎ Raising RFI, making checklist, closing NCR and RFI related isuses.
∎ Documenting QA/QC related papers in a systematic manner.
∎ Conduct daily, weekly, monthly batching plant inspection and test as per actual specification.
∎ Conduct material moisture test prior to start batching plant operation., fresh concrete slump test.
∎ Prepare QA/QC progress report ( Weekly / Monthly).
∎ Analyze schedule deviations and take corrective actions.
