Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study and implementation of quality plan for smooth execution
∎ Review of job with 100% quality assurance.
∎ Study if standard and codes prior to execution
∎ Prepare quality audits as per the system requirements.
∎ Review of owner specification documents
∎ Proper communication with Owner and consortium members to follow the common system and document sharing.
∎ Field test item determination and coordination with owner
∎ Making pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure
∎ Field site daily/ weekly/ 3-week/ field testing plan and actual schedule record.
∎ Field test equipment maintenance.
∎ Make test area segregation plan
∎ Bring to consumable and plant area storage plan
∎ Temporary stage and scaffolding request to erection contractor
∎ Line isolation request/ notice to owner
∎ Electrical panel rack in/out request for system test
∎
∎ Equipment knowledge for Power plant mechanical equipment and plant equipment;
∎ Turbine;
∎ Turbine integral valve such as MSV, CV, CRV;
∎ Hydraulic system for above;
∎ Turbine bypass valve system and its hydraulic system;
∎ Turbine and Generator Lubricating oil system;
∎ Condenser;
∎ Condenser air evacuation system;
∎ Condenser extraction pump;
∎ Low pressure heater;
∎ Deaerator;
∎ Turbine driven and motor driven boiler feed water pump;
∎ Boiler feed water driven turbine and motor;
∎ High pressure heaters;
∎ Super critical power plant Misc. pump;
∎ Equipment cooling water system;
∎ Control and service air system;
∎ Super critical power plant equipment drain/vent system;
∎ Super critical power plant piping system, valve system, pipe fitting;
∎ Condensate polishing plant;
∎ Super critical power plant sampling and chemical injection system;
∎ Instrument and control system for above.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Plenty of years of experience in quality department with EPC / EPCM contractors or Operation & Maintenance in the Power Plant Preferable Supercritical Thermal Power Plants.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Applications and AutoCAD Applications
∎ Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities and capable to work under tight deadlines.
∎ Able to work independently and in a team to achieve departmental goal of lean production.
∎ Able to keep good relationship with all personnel at site and people in the living area.
