Job Context:
∎ National Energy Services Limited (NESL) a company incorporated in Bangladesh provides a wide range of services for employment of National and Expatriate personnel to Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Power and Construction sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ One of our prospective client working in infrastructure projects in Bangladesh is looking for services for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to Project Procurement Manager/ Procurement Engineer, Perform main activities for each purchasing item and coordinate other member for purchasing Perform commercial activities for oneself especially.
∎ Apply any overbuy or contingency factors to quantities for bulk material
∎ Initiate procurement process in a timely manner for bulk material
∎ Provide value of transferred goods as applicable for clients furnished and other material
∎ Issue and control Material Management correspondence during project execution
∎ Obtain formal approval if necessary to deviate from project master bidders list
∎ Prepare the commercial portion of the RFQ package
∎ Determine price quotation guidelines for RFQ package
∎ Arrange approval of RFQ and issue it to Bidders
∎ Expedite bidder quotations and respond to bidder's questions to bidder as necessary
∎ Open and distribute quotations
∎ Perform commercial evaluation of bids
∎ Prepare Bid Summary and make award recommendation
∎ Obtain formal approval of Bid Summary
∎ Notify recommended Bidder of Award
∎ Prepare commercial portion of Purchase Order package
∎ Obtain formal approval of Purchase Order
∎ Award Purchase Order to Supplier and make distribution
∎ Expedite receipt of Seller's Acceptance as necessary
∎ Monitor procurement document status during remainder of project
∎ Issue Change Orders as necessary
∎ Assist in obtaining supplier submittals as necessary
∎ Purchase spare parts as required
∎ Close-out Purchase Order
∎ Perform supplier evaluation as required
∎ Expedite Purchase Orders per the plan
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 5 years experience in construction field
∎ Familiar with various construction methods and materials
∎ Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs
∎ English written and oral communications required

Salary: Negotiable
