Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) with specialized in supply chain
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase of required product from Wholesale Markets.
∎ Purchase of products needed for Store Operational uses
∎ Communicate and connect with Importers, Modern Trade Vendors, SRs, dealers for efficient supply of goods as per Customer demand.
∎ Take regulars reports from Back Store and Front Store from Department Executive to consider the product requirements and stock level.
∎ Take software generated Information for product availability.
∎ Check and confirm balances with different suppliers and companies.
∎ Make sure losses are minimum by sourcing the right products and returning the damaged, defected and expired products through vendor commitments and negotiations.
∎ Survey markets and internet to find new demanded product sources and also alternative sources.
∎ To develop new vendor or supplier directly or indirectly and maintain contact with them for smooth purchase operation.
∎ Maintain Liaison and build up a satisfactory relationship with high officials relating to business. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability. As usual regular purchase and monitoring tasks.

∎ Commercial/ Purchase, Purchase Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Super store, Wholesale
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills and good in spoken English.
∎ Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, browsing Internet & writing official emails.
