Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality and pricing.Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms of service.
∎ Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
∎ Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.Work to reduce costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
∎ Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the organization’s quality standards and specifications.Conduct inspections and evaluations of received products.
