Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any Subject. Civil Engineer will be prefer.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Purchase/ Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of materials, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement/ purchase policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Review quality of purchased products.
∎ Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses .
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage .
∎ Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Experience for purchasing of Building Construction Materials
∎ Computer Knowledge on MS Word, Excel etc.

Salary: Negotiable
