∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research potential vendors.
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Purchase/ Procurement in Real Estate / Developer Sector.
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint & E-mail communication
∎ Good communications skills - written and verbal with Suppliers, Vendors & Clients.
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Must be honest, dynamic hard working & proactive.
Salary: Negotiable
