Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge of inventory management systems.
∎ Develop and execute a strong procurement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
∎ Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with vendors.
∎ Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Forecast demand and plan inventory levels for regular items.
∎ Create more procurement sources, analyze bills, and make B/O.
∎ Always establish new suppliers and try to get the market feedback before finalizing the deed of contract.
∎ Maintain raw material database & update regularly.
∎ Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with vendors.
∎ Market and supplier visit.
∎ Be ready to work extreme under pressure .
∎ Always try to negotiate not compromising the quality and quantity of the items.
